I’ve tried to not worry about weight and whatever, but I can’t stop thinking about it.
I’ve been reading some of all your blogs occasionally, but I haven’t signed into this account since the beginning of summer (?).
I’m going to try to lose weight, but I’m going to eat a little more. I’m not measuring things out exactly exactly, because it messes with my head and I have too much other stuff. But I basically already know about the calorie content in everything.
I recently read wintergirls, which kindof triggered me but kindof put my eating into proportion, because I don’t want to d i e.
I want to live beautifully.
we’re going to see a movie, and eat dinner at chipotle.
i love chipotle, but it’s SO MANY CALORIES. so i haven’t eaten there in a looong time.
i was scared, but i went to the website and looked at the nutrition facts. A VEGAN BURRITO SALAD THING IS ONLY 320 CALORIES FOR THE WHOLE THING. what!?!!! and they have big-ass portions, so there’s no way i would eat the whole thing. probably half, maybe more. so i’ll just say it’s 200 calories. i feel so much better. i’m gonna go on the treadmill and burn 300, brb. haha.
i feel good about today.

When you start sweating, the parts of your body that feel cold are where the fat is burning. For example, when i exercise, my stomach, lovehandle areas, and inner top thighs get cold; this means i am burning fat there. HOPE THIS HELPS xx

whatever i’ll look fine. i look slim for a normal person.
i’ll just have to wear a lot of sunblock…hah
